Acceptable Use Policy

Bermuda Blueprinting's Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is set forth below. All users of Bermuda Blueprinting’s services and network, including Bermuda Blueprinting customers and their end users must comply with the AUP. Bermuda Blueprinting may terminate or suspend service for any violation of the AUP at its sole discretion. Violations may result in criminal and civil liability. Bermuda Blueprinting will investigate incidents involving violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.
The following activities constitute violations of this AUP:

Unlawful, Harmful or Offensive Content: Bermuda Blueprinting’s services may only be used for lawful purposes. Uploading, downloading, posting, distributing, publishing or otherwise transmitting any message, data, information, image, text or other material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, slanderous, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise harmful or offensive to third parties is prohibited.

Harm to minors: Use of Bermuda Blueprinting’s services or network to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography or sexual solicitation is prohibited.

Fraudulent activity. Use of Bermuda Blueprinting's services to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services or to advance any type of financial scam is prohibited.

Reselling the services: Resale of Bermuda Blueprinting’s service without our express written authorization is prohibited.

Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following:

Impersonation: Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in any manner in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited.

Hacking. Unauthorized access to, monitoring of or use of data, services, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network is prohibited.

Avoiding System Restrictions. Using manual or electronic means to avoid any use limitations placed on Bermuda Blueprinting’s services or network is prohibited.

Interference: Interference with service to any user, host or network is prohibited, including, without limitation, mailbombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to overload a system and broadcast attacks.

Bermuda Blueprinting reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this AUP any time and in any manner.
